About Tracy
Thirty years of walking alongside people through life's hardest moments.
And believing, every single time, in their capacity to heal and grow.
Hi, I'm Tracy.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience, and I still feel the same sense of privilege I felt on day one — that someone would trust me with their story.
I believe deeply in the resiliency of humans. Every experience you've had, every struggle, every loss, every moment of joy — all of it has shaped who you are and who you are becoming. My role isn't to fix you. You aren't broken. My role is to walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Together we'll explore the patterns and beliefs that may no longer be serving you, find your voice, and build the tools you need to move forward — with more clarity, self-compassion, and peace.
What I believe
"I believe in the resiliency of humans — and that all of our experiences shape who we are and who we become."
Therapy isn't about erasing your past. It's about understanding it, making peace with it, and using it as the foundation for the life you want to live. Every season holds the possibility of growth. Every chapter — even the hard ones — has something to teach us.
My approach
Warm, down to earth, and connected.
You lead, I follow
You are the expert on your own life. I bring curiosity, warmth, and validation — you bring the direction.
No judgment, ever
This is a space where you can say the things you haven't been able to say anywhere else. Whatever you bring, you are safe here.
Practical and meaningful
We'll do the deep work with some laughs along the way — and you'll leave with real tools, skills, and insights you can use in your daily life.
